The thing I find funny is that if someone was trying to build a Christian church in the same place and the WTC had been bombed by an extremist Christian group, it would be allowed - no questions asked.

Despite America being the 'Land of the Free', it is still stuck as a fascist Christian nation and, if nobody wakes the fuck up, always will be.


Also I recognize that muslims and muslim extremists are two completely different things. If it is done, I think it would be a great symbol of how advanced we are as a country that we can refrain from persecuting an entire religion for the actions of several extremists
