Why do men perceive black women to be uglier?

How did we get to this stage in evolutionary terms?

Some of them are actually cute, but it seems that its mostly those who aren't charcoal black. Like Vivica A. Fox, Halley Berry, etc.

Anyone?

Black people all secretly wish they were white on some level. I remember a thread in /b/ a few years ago where I asked a black guy what race he would be if he had to choose another race than black. He kept evading the question and refused to say white, till eventually he said he would rather be native american due to the free college (lol, well done dispersing stereotypes about black people out for a free ride guy).
And of course, there is the case of Michael Jackson[spoiler] 5 GET[/spoiler who wanted to be white so much he disfigured himself with bleaching agents.
