Why do men perceive black women to be uglier?

How did we get to this stage in evolutionary terms?

Some of them are actually cute, but it seems that its mostly those who aren't charcoal black. Like Vivica A. Fox, Halley Berry, etc.

True. Personally, I think that most people who aren't hideous can be considered attractive. People on the internet tend to point out extremely minor flaws in people and take that as an excuse to call them "ugly" - I don't think anyone really thinks of the average person as ugly, they just do it for self-esteem purposes.

Basically, when I say "ugly", I mean "there is no way anyone could be attracted to that." When I say "cute," I mean "anyone who is slightly has some quality that makes them more attractive than average."
