gross vulgarity in children's movies

For example, in ET, the little boy calls another kid penis breath.  What the FUCK.  How would a kid's breath smell like a penis?  I can't remember if it was Drew Barrymore who had penis breath, but she might have in real life anyway so maybe it was an ad lib and they kept it.
