These people claim that "they're stuck in the wrong body" and have a brain of the different sex.
Then they say that gender is fabricated by society.
So if gender is defined by society, why do they need a sex change? How can the have the "brain of a woman" when, according to these same very people, the role, thoughts, and behavior of women is just made up by society.
I'll tell you why: They just want to fit in to the lifestyle of the opposite gender. If you're born with a penis, you're a man. Your XY chromosomes prove that, no matter what your split in half penis tells you.
