Are Vaccines effective?

It's clear they don't cause autism but are they responsible for decreased death rates?

Pretty much every graph (measles, whooping cough, etc...) is like this Diptheria graph:

A sharp decline due to improved hygiene and a decline in poverty. And THEN a vaccine is introduced.

Seems like vaccines have almost nothing to do with the elimination of these horrible diseases.

no, they promote the adaptability of viruses and only deal with the issue at hand for the time being. In other words, no preventative maintenance is advanced. We are becoming weaker by the moment.
