3D…who cares?

Does anyone really care about the 3D phenomenon that seems to have exploded all over pop culture recently?  Am I in the minority on this one, because 3D gaming and 3D movies don’t appeal to me in the slightest.  It would be different if it were a VR experience where you were actually immersed in the game yourself.  I realize that is awfully futurist of me, but that’s what I would look for with 3D.  Anything else is a gimmick, an attempt to seem more futuristic and new than it really is.

I remember 19 years ago going to a video arcade that had a VR helmet game, shit ruled. Never seen one since that arcade shut down.

I agree, the 3D movies were cool at first, but now, the concept is pretty overused.
But 3D porn on the other hand... THAT'S good stuff.

3D is stupid. Why would I want to watch TV / movie with glasses on when I already have fucking glasses on that annoy the shit out of me?

It's nice they managed to do it, but whatever. I'd rather have UHD than 3D.
