Having a hard time converting to veganism

Eating meat is eating death, this we all know. But like you're over at someone's house and they offer you some pepperoni pizza, or maybe they made chicken or something and you don't want to be rude what do you do? People get all verklempt over shit like that. Other than this stumbling block I feel as though I have developed the mental discipline required to walk this humane and noble path.

Fruit has evolved to be eaten by animals, because they, for the most part, cannot digest to seeds and so the seeds pass through the animal's system and are fertilized by the true waste.
Or in the case of peaches and apples it's more complicated, but the point is that the plant wants you to eat the fruit the the survival of it's species; you are actually eating and spreading life.

And if you pineapples or coconuts you're a dumbass anyway.
