I'm gay and I have this best friend since I was 13. When we were 15, we kissed. Since then we've been more or less dating. We're 18 and a half now. We aren't REALLY dating and I reckon he dates other people, we just never talk about it. I've been with other guys too. We're just fuck buddies, I guess.
Anyway, I have an older brother. He's 20 and he still lives with me and my parents, works on a shitty job and is cooler and stupider than I'll ever be. I love him, of course. My parents were never very good with us, so we raised each other and are really close. He doesn't know about me and my friend, though. It's the one thing I don't ever wanted to tell him. My friend agrees, because he's also friends with my brother. We're all friends. That's like our group, gang, whatever.
Anyway, last night I was coming back from a party and was going to check what he was doing. I opened the door that was already ajar and saw my friend/fuck buddy giving my broher head.
I'm pretty sure they didn't see me because I ran away silently.
I don't know what to do. My brother is very, very protective of me. If I tell him the truth, he'll beat the crap out of our friend and never let him near me again - and I like my friend. He'll also be just heartbroken. He thinks everything that happens to me is his fault. ANYTHING happens to me and he's like "I wasn't there" or "I should've helped you". If I tell you he's been messing around with my sort-of-like-boyfriend (because I consider him like that), he'll never forgive himself, even if it's not his fault. He's just like that.
I can't keep going out with this friend either and everything is really awkward between us. I love him. Of course I do. And I don't know what to do about it.
