Oh jeez, it's just a picture, and it's on 4chan, which means that it's likely to be offensive, and you knew all this to begin with.

Your complaint falls on deaf ears that are also dead, then removed from the skull, buried in cement, allowed to cure for 12 years in a humidity-controlled environment, and then the concrete form is put into a 12-foot deep hole that is then shipped via ocean freight to a reclusive inland location on the Pacific island of Pago Pago.  That is how deaf the ears are that your complaint falls on.
