Part of the qualifications for becoming a mod is to have an ability of banning people for no reason and not banning the people who actually break rules.
You have to be unqualified to be qualified to become a mod here.
Step one: Register a nick on Rizon IRC and get on #4chan
Step two: Don't say anything retarded that could upset the regulars and mods. Do this over the next decade.
Step three: moot may one day over the next decade decide to come out of the woodwork and act completely out of character and start hiring random people from the IRC channel. If you are picked, congradulations, you've become a moderator to the biggest and most disgusting hellhole on the entire World Wide Web.
Step four: Enjoy, if step three was successful, if not, you may need to kill yourself if this was a goal you've been wasting ten years of your live to achieve.
