How to be a mod?

Part of the qualifications for becoming a mod is to have an ability of banning people for no reason and not banning the people who actually break rules.

You have to be unqualified to be qualified to become a mod here.

I actually have more authority here than any mod would, and that comes from NOT being a mod, period.
