Glad they fixed it up

The system was incredibly flawed in the first. One time use only? Really? A lot of them sucked, so why bother getting a penalty for something so useless. The satellite system is good, just wish there were better elves (pretty much only the hackers are helpful). Anyway yeah what an improvement.
