And that's not the worst.  If you live in Iqualuit, eastern northern Canada, you pay $100 for 10 GB/month (installation is $30 or $100 if they send help) plus $20 for every GB over the 10 GB cap.  Download speed of 1.5mbps, Upload speed of 384kbps.

Not to mention that you're on fucking Baffin Island, the nearest interesting place is Greenland.
