For many months I am seeing now only empty thumbs. I was able to see all the thumbnails but since some time now, I don't. I can see the pics only when opening them. How I read some firewall settings or something called referrer is the issue, but I don't understand this. I am using all possible software, Firefox, IE, Chrome, but it's all the same.
Flushing DNS and deleting all temp didn't help either.
Is there any tech guru here to pls give me some good help. I would like to use my 4chan again! :)

Try changing userstyle in firefox/opera to yotsuba b/ burichan
Ok I am really not good enough to handle an alternative system like gentoo linux, or any linux. A pity, since it means 4chan will be permanently gone for me, now.
Style changing didnt help alas.
I understand 4Chan is under constant attack, but making itself a mystery to see kinda beats the point of it's existence. :(

It could possibly be your ISP running your connection through some sort of proxy system that the thumbs server finds suspicious. Did it start happening after the server move? The same thing happens to me intermittently, the full images load but the thumbnail won't. I suspect ISP fail, perhaps you should contact them and see if you can change your type of connection?

There is one magical way to get replacement thumbs so that you can still grasp your own dick properly.
That way is GNU/Linux. Download it and use it. You will have your thumbs back again.
