Actually bro, it is from /b/ originally. It was posted constantly as part of a larger meme where /b/ would try to write like old men. It was so fail that it became a banned phrase (any "old man posting" is banned on /b/ to this day) and crept over to the textboards. Learn your history bro. All this "jerkface", drive like jehu", "jeepers" crap was originally from /b/. Before your time of course, but in the old days people banned from /b/ could still access the textboards and that is why we use a lot of forgotten memes from /b/ today.
