This article cracked me up. Black people move into a nice town, town goes to shit, needs money, now they want whites to move back and can't understand why they don't want to live next to thieving, unemployed, rampantly breeding niggers.
When I was searching for homes, I went out of my way to look up the school district statistics, eliminating any district with more than 2-3% blacks. Nothing will kill your property values quicker than niggers.
