Why are black people so loud?

90% of Black people my age 15 - 24 are really really loud, on the subway, in the movie theater and in my school. I went to a white school, and the few black kids were loud, and now in a majority arab + indian school, the few black people are REALLY LOUD, and they always keep yelling RAPE! Not saying all black people are loud, and even the older ones are not. I've been good friends with a good number of black people, and im not racist, i believe everyone is the same and equal. But this is still a frequent occurance.

When they are born... the mothers give them very different names
They talk different
they walk different
they dress different
they act different
their cars look different
their houses look different (candyland colors)
they spend their whole life trying to be different

but when they are treated different it's racism.....

Niggers are their own worst enemy, it doesn't take a genius to see they create their own problems.
