Yeah so the story goes I owe centrelink 3 grand because according to them I didn't turn up to enough classes to satisfy a full time payment and thus I have been over paid and have to pay all of it back (yeah whateva I thought) so anyway they sent me a couple letter saying that I have to pay on this date blah blah blah if I don't they'll take money from my bank accounts and garish my wage (I have no money or job lol!) and so because I didn't reply to them they took me to court which I didn't attend (fuck that I'm not wearing a suit!) but it turns out they cant do shit because I'm "judgment-proof" so because I have no assets or income they can't do shit to me until I do. Pretty sweat huh?
