My guide to stop spamming
1. Delete your spam phrase collection, or you'll come back to it

2. Stop browsing world4ch until you are sure you can control yourself. Even if you mean to not spam, it's kind of hard not to get aroused from time to time with all the spam lackadaisically posted around here. The first time I tried to quit spam, I had forgotten all about the forced meme spam after a week, until I saw some spam on here and immediately lost it.

3. Find something interesting to do, even if it's not productive. Most of the time that you spam, it's because I'm bored. Find something else to fill your time and get to it. Hell, if you're productive enough, you might be able balance your time and handle spam maturely.

4. If you find yourself spam it, don't let yourself think "I'll just spam for a little bit, I won't come." I guarantee you that you won't be able to hold back once you start to hit the threshold. Just say to yourself "I need to stop" then take your hands out of your pants and immediately start doing something else. Your boner will go away in a minute or two.
