when people see that i drink a gallon a day, they're stunned.
but they fail to realize that this is a ritual to which i've committed myself for over a decade, drinking a gallon a day.
i tell them that it's the elixir of life, the true fountain of youth, yet they laugh.
these people will drink their mountain dew, ignoring the obvious benefits of water.
what is it that keeps people from drinking water?
is it because it's tasteless, lacking the sugar of other drinks?
is it the expense some see with just one bottle of spring water?
people don't realize that if they committed themselves to a regimen of one-gallon-a-day, they'd be so much healthier and look so much better.
