What gang do Jews join in prison?

When a jew goes to prison what gang does he join to avoid getting raped or killed? He cant join the aryan brotherhood, the black gorrillas, the latinos, the triads.... so whats a Jew to do?

Are American prisons really that bad or is it just Hollywood bullshit?
