I can honestly see where you're coming from with this, however there are many problems with this, such as the fact that most /b/tards, while they can adhere to said rules, will simply move on thinking no matter what, I'll always have /b/. Therefore with that in mind, they simply take as a n oppurtunity to spam and leave, not to contribute, not to learn, not to socialize.
I do agree that we have outsiders from google search, prominently from a post about an invasion board, which i found while searching for lounge. Since they simply find that post, they feel that 4chan as well as world4ch are only focused on raiding, and that /b/ is the only important thing here. I feel we should create an educational post, dictating the rules or guidelines for such a place as this.
While the majority of /b/ is comprised of spammers, there are the few who are able to have a legit conversation, as such, they are welcome to join. I have absolutely no problem with that whatsoever. I am not someone who is very strct, but I refuse garbage to be accepted as the norm.
