Travel

I want to travel but I don't know how to start. So guys... if there's anybody from /trv/ here, how do you finance your travelling fees?

wow. I'm gonna put this as nicely as I can.  You're really messed up right now and you want to go soul searching?  Your soul isn't isn't in Asia or at the end of a fatty in Amsterdam, which is, by the way, a very expensive city.  I don't know the whole story here, but I do know that part of the reason you're "really messed up" is that you've already profoundly changed your life because you did something you really wanted to do, something impractical, when you should have known better; when you were told countless times how to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.  Now, so you can't say "nobody ever told me" I'm gonna tell you what to do now.  Take responsibility for yourself and your child.  Forget this desire to travel, which is, in part, a desire to run away, find a job, and work hard.
If you leave your child you will only be compounding the mistakes you've already made, and making that road to "finding your soul" longer, perhaps even too long to ever finish.  You have at least 18 years of hard work to do now, and the more you avoid it, the more likely it is that you will never finish it.  Stay with your child.  Raise your child.  Provide for your child.  If you work hard enough, in 5 or 6 years you should be able to continue your education.  And as long as you use your head, in 20 years or so you should have enough money and time to travel. I suspect that you will still be in your 30's or early 40's, and would then have an education that would enable you to better appreciate the experience. 
     I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.  The voice inside your head telling you these same things is the adult in you.  Your reproductive indiscretion has, as you were warned, forced you into the adult world.  You can continue to try to avoid it, but it's too late now.  Avoiding it will only make you a shitty adult, a shitty parent, and a shitty person.
