Is it legal? Have any of you sent some or received some from outside of your country? Because I'm planning to send some and I want to make sure the customs won't take it or anything.

I don't intend to. I plan to put the packs in a box like a filler and put some smaller stuff in the middle because my friend collects coins and he asked me to send some smokes too. Wouldn't they see it in customs using those x-ray machines or something? I don't want them to tax my friend or anything like that.

I depends on the laws in the original and destination countries. Unless it's APO/FPO. A carton of cigarettes usually doesn't raise any flags.

They dont check most of the packages. Sniffer dogs will be running past the packages looking for explosives or drugs.

I've read something about sending only a maximum of 10 packs. Is that certain or can I send more? Since you guys said they can't detect it. Cigs are dirt cheap here. A pack of Marlboro is only 90 cents USD lol.

A carton(10 packs-200 cigarettes) is okay. But man oh man, they ain't the same marlboros.
When outside the land of 'baccy, I go with Dunhills, Rothmans, and Changbaishan(in China), for the consistency.

Well yeah I thought about that (since I haven't been in other countries so idk if it's the same) but he insisted on it and said he couldn't see why it won't be the same. But basically their prices doesn't vary much (Dunhills, Marlbs, Lucky Strikes) so *shrugs*.
