You know, when it actually comes through (which should have been three months ago,) I'll have a loan of £4,000 and something for living expenses and a grant of £2000 and something because of my circumstances (Mature student (28) + unemployed for years etc).
This should have been delivered to me three months ago! The government hired a new company to do it this year and it's a clusterfuck. I'm having to support myself with social security payments until I get my loan, and shit is hard. The travel costs alone are extortionate.
