Job reference

Hmkay, this is kinda urgent.

My mate has put me down as a reference for a job, i can't get hold of him right now, what sort of stuff will they ask me?

The job is in a care home for an old peoples home.

Stop being such a paranois crybaby. This is obviously in the UK, where it's a different situation. We don't sue over the drop of a hat over here just yet.
