Was milkribs hit with cenotaph chunk?

The Rememberance Day (armistice day) monument in New Brunswick had it's top come off, and people thought it was vandals.  Now it may have been simple structural failure.  Is any of the concrete missing?

People need to let this go and move the fuck on.
