All you need is a ribbon bow on your head.  It's the universal symbol for female.  It's even in cartoons.  Put a ribbon on a cactus, and *shazam* the cactus is a girl.

The current tranny wisdom is that you don't need to bother changing your sex, just your gender, which is the social aspect of sexual identity rather than sexual identity itself, so then if you get away with calling yourself a chick, that's all you need.  Ribbon in the hair, instant tranny.

Does not matter.  As explained in today's pamphlets handed out to increase tranny awareness, your gender does not require reference to your sexual organs.  All you need to do is feel like a girl and you are already there.
