How can anyone drink Soda?

on gaf, there's a thread comparing three different variations of the same soda style -- sprite, 7-up, and sierra mist.

how can they just casually discuss the intake of a beverage so vile and unhealthy?

Water, sugar and sweeteners, the main ingredients of soda, are aren't really life-threatening or particularly unhealthy. But you could still mix lemonade with fruit juice and add real fruit.
