Giving it to Al Gore was bad enough (a man who endorses monetary policies requiring exponential and unsustainable economic growth is inherently anti-environment), but this is just baffling.

Let's see:
All Ronald Reagan ever did was end the Cold War by defeating the Soviet Union, freeing Eastern Europe from a brutal totalitarian communist dictatorship, and got the Berlin Wall torn down, all without firing a single shot.
He doesn't win a Nobel Peace Prize.
Obaboon gives a couple of speeches.
