I think it has something to do with all the processed food. I remember years ago people never used to be so tired and worn out all the time, now energy drinks are all over the market, kids seem to be even more disconnected from reality, ect. Yeah I know that old bag "every generation previous has always something bad to say about the current generation", but it seems to me to be even something more to it than that.
