there's the long drop, which kills you rapidly and can even decapitate you if it's a really long drop, but you need to be brave enough to jump
then the short "drop", the most agonizing way to die because you suffocate slowly (this suffocation also causes severe panic I thinks, something with CO2 levels in yuor blood). but I heard there was a third and better way... it's a kind of hanging you can do from the height of a door knob. the point of that hanging is to cut off the blood supply to your brain... it's supposedly why choking game/autoerotic asphyxiation is dangerous, it happens so fast. now these may be urban legends but you DO hear about prisoners hanging themselves from their bed. I esperimented a bit, the first try gave a throat ache. the second try my head felt like it would explode. i read this is because I blocked the outer veins in my neck, which return blood from the brain. the onese that supply blood to the brain are a bit deeper. I didn't tie a knot or anything though, just wrapped a computer cable around my neck and held it with my hands.
