I wish to hire an assassin.

Can someone give me some tips on hiring an assassin.
I wish to be killed in a quick fashion (neck shot) but finding a reliable assassin is not that easy. Most will just take the money and run away, call the police, or do a bad job. Any suggestions on which ethnicity I should hire?
