White People = Boring?

Is it just me or do white people have the most boring neighborhoods?  I drive through Chinatown at 10pm and it's still bustling..  ditto for the mexican and black areas. Then I drive through a neighboring white area and it's completely dark.. wtf?

White people have become very individualist, other cultures live on the streets. It didn't used to be like this though, half a century ago, before TV became commonplace, white people took their chairs and put them outside for the vening and chatted/drank/played cards with other people in the neighbourhood while the kids roamed the streets.
