White People = Boring?

Is it just me or do white people have the most boring neighborhoods?  I drive through Chinatown at 10pm and it's still bustling..  ditto for the mexican and black areas. Then I drive through a neighboring white area and it's completely dark.. wtf?

That is just middle class people, there are African American middle class people as well!
