Can't get laid? Suck with women?

New law..  here's a solution:

If you're still a virgin by age 30, then it's mandatory you be sterilized.  There is little hope you'll get laid anyways and if u do, the children you have will be plagued by your same problem..  all the generations ahead of you (if they manage to reproduce) will suffer in agony.  So do yourself a favor and castrate yourself if you're still a virgin by 30.
