Recommend me a vacation destination

Criteria (in order of preference):

Must be outside of the US
Must be affordable (Japan, Northern Europe, etc. are NOT affordable.)
Must have attractions (plz list them.)
Most of the locals should have a working knowledge of English
Must have hot girls (I'm only into fair-skinned white and asian women.)
Must be reasonably safe (the US is a little more than reasonably safe overall, in my opinion.)

India

-cheap
-has had civilization for over 5000 years and a lot of different cultures, so it has a shitload of attractions if you're interested in history
-english is an official language and used as a lingua franca
-plenty of hot girls, from white to black skin color
-outside of kashmir it's pretty safe, some communist terrorists but they mostly target police/government
