Actually Firefox is the browser where I can't set anything other than MS Gothic or MS Mincho. Generally I came to use Chrome to view English text in appropriate font, but this takes too much time, hence I read everything in Japanese fonts.
Text formatting looks very ugly here, especially italic text is hardly readable.
As well as anything else, to be honest.
