Why do you want to make it better? There are thousand places that are already how you like them, get out and stay there! We like world4ch as it is; the Internet needs diversity. I know that most people would love to live in gaudy palaces, but there are still some out there that prefer carton boxes. Go live in your palace, but don't take out cardboard away.
