My State sucks

cause it has gone bankrupt.  So if I'm also a resident of California, can the collections people come after me for payment of the debt?

Just give them IOU's like the cali government do

They should just raise the taxes on all of those rich Hollywood stars.  I'm sure they won't mind living in normal houses.

Collections people?  Who are those?  What you owe is going to be collected by CALIFORNIA ITSELF, you numbskull.  Your state revenue department will be after you like it always will.  The DEBTS that California continues to invoke will be covered by TAXES.

They should 1) turn the schools into casinos 2) abolish mandatory schooling 3) abandon the freeways from maintenance - if you ain't where you want to be already, then stay put or risk falling in a giant hole on the way.
