Horsefeathers. Racial nihilism; this is an example of racists using academic/scholarly/technical language to lend credibility to their sophistries. Race is a rich and fascinating field of study, but the physical differences that exist were an evolutionary response to the physical environment they developed in. They mean little in a culture that controls it's own environment.
