Mainly because both parties are already forced to pander to the current Latino minority, and part of doing so involves a policy of not doing anything to stop illegal immigration. (Think about it, 1969 was forty years ago, that time will fly) The South Africans went from 1/3 of their country's population in 1900 to less than 1/8 today, resulting in their dispossession and loss of power, as they failed to keep any of their territory fully White. Both France and Russia are predicted to be majority Muslim by the middle of the next century.
