We had some on an unused plot of land locally some years back, they would play on the dual carriage way and throw things into traffic, drag buckets to the petrol station and fill them with the free car water to wash in, walk into Tesco and put on 10 pairs of shirts and run through the security barriers and all kinda of other shit. - First of all they are poor and mistreated, yet you expect them to wear suits and learn proper manners out of thin air. (Well would they do so, you would probably call that a bad trait too - picking on people is some kind of a virtue with you guys.)
The idiocy scale is off the chart where you describe the evil trait of "dragging buckets to the petrol station and filling them with the free car water to wash in", because I bet you figured that they had running tap water at home (because they can afford it, what with the stealing making them filthy rich and all) but that they were just washing themselves with that water as part of some anchient evil ritual, didn't you?
