Today I was waiting for the bus and a blind guy started talking to me and saying he knew me because he recognized my voice and he didn't believe me when I said I didn't know him. He wasn't fully blind though, he had this watch which he held close (like an inch) to his face to tell the time. Also, behind the bus stop there was a flower pot in front of a window with some empty beer cans in it. He put his head in the flower pot and asked me what that was. I did not reply.
One time I was on the train and the train stopped in the middle of nowhere and a blind guy close to me tried to get off the train and asked me if we were at the station already.
Another time I was sitting on the handicapped seat on the bus (I am too big to sit on the regular seats) and an old blind woman with a dog tried to sit on me.
Why are handicapped people like that even allowed to go outside the house?
