You can feel all sorts of things when your brain makes connections it shouldn't. If you do weed, suddenly EVERYTHING feels like it has deeper meaning. A few connections between those neurons and the area responsible for your awareness of conversation, and you'll hear voices. This is what makes you a loose gun, because as you struggle to make sense of these voices, you are beginning to trust that you should do whatever these voices say. Then one day these voices and your emotions will connect, and you'll finally hear them make sense, saying things as that you should kill people.
So it's either that, or start dealing with feeling lonely in your head - your call. Humanity isn't worth keeping alive, so you're free to do as you'd like.
