/lounge/ really doesn't have a need for such a thing. Since it's not about a specific topic. All the other boards on World4ch except for /vip/ (since it's also a board without much of a topic) can setup an off-site resource somewhere to gain a better sense of community. I like anonymous posting because it allows my discussion to be viewed as is, where as if I posted with a name, people look at what my name and reputation is about rather than my discussion.
