What does 'NO' mean?

I've got a hot date tonight, and I think she is a little nervous about getting down and dirty because she is a virgin. She told me if she tells me to stop, then I have to stop. So what does 'no' really mean?

I mean, the way I see it, no means yes, stop/no means keep going and harder, and get the fuck off of me you asshole means really stop. Amirite?
