I got my second speeding ticket: 29 in a 25

I just got nailed doing 70 in a 65 zone last month..  will they take away my licence?

Dude LA is full of fucking drugs and crime but they are gonna stop you for doing 4 over.  Are you black because this doesn't make sence.
