Hello there, lesser humans. Time to mention yet another phenomenon that is well beyond the capacity of your understanding: Incest.
Incest is win.
Incest strengthens your genepool, preventing genetic defects. Of course as it strengthens your genepool, should you be unfortunate enough to be one of the few who has a hereditary disease or defective genes, then these will get strengthened as well, resulting in rare cases of birth defects.
Rule of thumb is therefore to only make love to your sister (or any other family member) if she looks good, and if you really want to make sure, test your genes for defects before having any children.
On the other hand, you should always go for someone more pretty and wholesome if she's available to you. Just don't rule out your sister as a viable option, because the "birth defects" talk is really just a scare tactic. Why would society need to scare you off incest? Because the only way to create a superior human being is through inbreeding. Mixed genepools is what makes mankind weak, because soon enough everybody catches what everybody's got, so you got all the defects going around, essentially halting the evolution of man. If you've got a good genepool going, inbreeding will make your offspring even more superior to the genetic sludge of the rest of society.
